The Group sells its products primarily in the Chinese market and exports to many countries around the world. The Company’s shares are listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; the controlling shareholder of the Company is Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Company Limited, a private company incorporated in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC“) which is wholly owned by Mr. Li Shu Fu, the Company’s substantial shareholder and chairman of its board of directors, and his associate. The Group established its headquarters in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, the PRC.
